Boston,
MA – The Triple Threat Invitational is proud to announce one of our many signings being that in the form of 6’6”
small forward Mensah Taylor.
Taylor
who finished his collegiate career at Division I Gardner Webb University also competed in the Atlantic Sun Conference. This extremely versatile small forward competed in our first ever exposure camp back
in 2004 as he earned MVP honors. After receiving several professional contract
offers Taylor opted to finish his education at Garner-Webb.
Taylor
completed his graduation from GWU in the summer of 2005 and once again graced our camp with his presence and outstanding play
making it two years in a row. What’s more, Taylor received even more offers
at our 2005 than he did in 2004 event. Taylor went on and signed professionally
with Tus Treis-Karden in Germany and averaged 23.4-points/6.5-rebounds/2.5 assist/1.5 steals per game. Taylor has continued his career on the professional level and is ironically still playing Germany with
TV Konstanz. Like Taylor Triple Threat Invitational has become a stepping-stone
for a number of players whose goal is to compete on the professional basketball level.
