Boston,
MA – The Triple Threat Invitational is proud to announce one of our many signings being that in the form of 6’5”
combo-guard Rashard Carter.
Carter
who finished his collegiate career at Division II Newberry College also was an All-Conference (All-SAC) performer. This gifted basketball player competed in our first ever exposure camp back in 2004 and showed tons of
potential and promise as a professional.
After
having a solid camp Carter later signed with BC Weissenhorn in Germany. Carter
went on to play in Germany for the 2004-05 season while averaging 21.8 points/3.5 rebounds/6.2 assist per game while teaming
with fellow TTI Camp Alumni Keith Davis who also was signed by the team. Carter
has continued his professional career and has made a home with Weissenhorn playing for the past 3 consecutive years earning
All-Star status. Carter has also teamed with '05 TTI Alumni Kevin Shorter. Like
Carter Triple Threat Invitational has become a stepping-stone for a number of players whose goal is to compete on the professional
basketball level.
