Boston,
MA – The Triple Threat Invitational is proud to announce one of our many signings being that in the form of 5’6”
point guard Braun Dabbs.
Dabbs
who finished his collegiate career at Division II Carson-Newman College also earned All-SAC honors. This lightning quick true point guard competed in our 2nd Annual exposure camp during the 2005
summer as he earned national attention as being one the top players in attendance. Dabbs
is also the shortest player to ever attend our event standing at 5’6”.
After
performing phenomenal at our event and receiving heavy interest from some European teams Dabbs opted to stay in the states
and later signed with Birmingham Magicians of the ABA. Dabbs has continued his
career on the professional level and has several try-outs with professional clubs. Like
Dabbs Triple Threat Invitational has become a stepping-stone for a number of players whose goal is to compete on the professional
basketball level.
