MA – The Triple Threat Invitational is proud to announce one of our many signings being that in the form of 6’2”
combo-guard Karlton Mims.
Mims
who finished his collegiate career at Division II Washburn University
also
earned All-Conference honors. This talented guard competed in our 2nd
Annual exposure camp in the summer of 2005 and arguably was one of the best all-around guards in attendance.
After his solid performance at our popular event, Mims received a lot of interest from professional scouts. Mims signed a professional contract with Kansas Cagersz of the USBL. Mims has continued his professional
career and is now playing with Porvoon Tarmo in Finland. Like Mims Triple
Threat Invitational has become a stepping-stone for a number of players whose goal is to compete on the professional basketball
level.
