Boston,
MA – The Triple Threat Invitational is proud to announce one of our many signings being that in the form of 6’0”
point guard Demarcus Wilkins.
Wilkins
who finished his collegiate career at Division I Florida A&M University also earned All-Conference (MEAC) honors, while
leading the Rattlers to NCAA Tournament birth. This true point guard competed
in our first ever exposure camp back in 2004 as he was noted as being one of the top point guards in attendance.
After showing
scouts great point guard attributes at our popular event, Wilkins went on to sign a professional basketball contract in WBA
with Macon Blaze. Wilkins went on to play for the Blaze during the 2004-05 season
while leading his team in assist per game (6.5). Like Wilkins Triple Threat Invitational
has become a stepping-stone for a number of players whose goal is to compete on the professional basketball level.
