MA – The Triple Threat Invitational is proud to announce one of our many signings being that in the form of 6’10”
power forward/center Daniel Russ.
Russ
who finished his collegiate career at Division III Wittenberg University is a very skilled post player who earned acclaim
and was one of the nations leading players during his senior campaign.
After
a splendid performance at our popular event, Russ received a great deal of interest from professional scouts and received
quite a few offers. Russ narrowed his decisions down and in Septemeber '06 signed a professional contract with Aris
Leeuwarden Basketball Club in the Netherlands. Like Russ Triple Threat Invitational has become a stepping-stone for
a number of players whose goal is to compete on the professional basketball level.
